Mission

SafeStreetsJC is a 501(c)(3) organization that works for Vision Zero to be fully realized in Jersey City, and for Jersey City streets to be designed safely and fairly for all users, regardless of their transportation mode.

Vision

SafeStreetsJC educates the public about the benefits of complete streets and alternative transportation modes, advocates for policies that advance Vision Zero and comprehensive street design, organizes a neighborhood-focused community aligned with our mission, and supports the victims of traffic death and injury.
